SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we employ several different companies who assist in our shipping department. Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping is usually 5 to 7 business days. We also offer 2 or 3 day priority shipping through USPS. There are no guarantees.

Based on your current location, delivery timelines may vary depending on holidays, seasonal weather and also customs timelines for international deliveries. With that being said, please know that these delays can be up to 2 weeks or more. If you need an order by a specific date, please order as far out from that date as possible. Or you can always upgrade your shipping option at the time of check out.

We are not responsible for items once they leave our workshop and are in transit. Trust us when we say, we know that products can and will get broken, left out in the hot sun or rain, not handled with gentle TLC even though there is a big fat, red 'FRAGILE' sticker on the package...we get it. We understand things happen and we'd love for you to reach out at Info@CashmereAndCalibers.com should you have any issues upon receiving your order. We'll do our best to make it right.

Should you have any questions about shipping, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order to ensure all questions and or concerns have been addressed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We're here to make you happy and we can back that up with our return policy.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, unless there is a defect in the product/workmanship or you have received an incorrect item. Then we would be more than happy to send out a replacement. Contact us, via email, within 7 days of receiving your defective/incorrect item and we will begin the painless replacement process.
