Mimi's Coffee Cake has all the feels of the perfect breakfast pastry.  The kind that goes wonderfully with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea on those crisp mornings.  *Insert sigh and day dreaming here*
 
Anyone who knows Mimi, knows that girl had a sweet tooth!  She loved her pastries and she would adore this one too!  It has fresh bakery notes of fragrant vanilla and melted butter sprinkled with warm cinnamon raisin and hint of sugar.  Not overly sweet, but just enough.
