CUSTOM ORDERS
CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION

All custom orders need to be placed at least 30 days before your 'need by' date.

Depending on order size, estimated shipping timeline is a minimum of 10 business days.

Orders are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Products are made to specifications that are approved by the customers. If upon delivery the item does NOT fit the approved specs, we will correct or replace the item(s) immediately.

Custom orders require full payment up front to protect BOTH yourself and our company.

We cannot offer returns on custom orders. Now, with that being said, if you decide to cancel your order BEFORE we begin to fulfill your order (normally 72 hours after buyer approval of custom order) then we will be happy to refund your payment. If for any reason, we have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (IE: family emergency, etc.), you are entitled to a full refund.

If you do not pick up or accept delivery of the item within three weeks of the date discussed, we have the right to keep or resell your order.

All items are photographed before shipping for liability purposes. We are not responsible for product that was damaged during shipping. However, we will do our very best to address any product issues that arise during shipping and will attempt to replace the said product(s) by the agreed upon deadline although there are no guarantees.

We reserve the right to photograph your order for business purposes. Any jars, scents, custom label designs used are property of Cashmere and Calibers.
